The bound is gorgeous and the seller was 10/10 on customer service. I had an issue with a copy sent and the seller was ON TOP OF IT! Very nice and professional, cared so much about my happiness with the product.

I wanted to make what my friend had written (and I had edited) when we were younger into reality. I thought it was a great Christmas gift idea. Customer service was great, Opus was polite and added any suggestions I had. The book came out amazingly, and I’m really happy with it. The bookbinding was of excellent quality at such an affordable price and efficient amount of time. I asked Opus some questions and he answered all of them. He was fast in response and answered all my queries. The packaging was really well done. There were layers of cardboard and tightly packed bubble wrap to prevent any damage to the book. It took 1 day for the package to arrive after shipping. I will come back to make some more purchases in the future. I am really happy with how the book came out and it was everything beyond that which I had imagined.

These are a beautiful set of books. My daughter nearly cried when she got them for her birthday 4 days ago and she’s already on Volume 2. Thank you. Delivered within timescale given and tracking from Fedx very good.
